By accessing or using LeagueOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LeagueOps is a golf league management platform that provides tools for organizing leagues, tracking scores, managing handicaps, and coordinating with other players. The Service is intended for recreational use by amateur golfers and league organizers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. LeagueOps is a league management tool — any financial transactions between players are conducted independently and at the players' own discretion.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeagueOps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
