Refund Policy

Subscriptions

LeagueOps offers monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@leagueops.golf. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue refunds where appropriate.

New Subscribers

If you are not satisfied with LeagueOps within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first payment, no questions asked.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
