1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any content you submit through the Service (scores, league data, etc.). We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, send you transactional emails (such as account confirmations), respond to support requests, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. We may also disclose information when required by law.

4. Data Within Your League

Information you share within a league (your display name, scores, and handicap) is visible to other members of that league. League organizers can see all member data within their league.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use the following cookies and similar technologies:

• Authentication cookies — Set by Supabase to keep you signed in across sessions. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without affecting core functionality.
• Preference cookies — We store your cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies for this site.

7. Push Notifications

If you opt in, we may send you push notifications about round results and payout activity. You can opt out at any time from your Profile > Settings page, or through your device's notification settings. We will never send marketing push notifications.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however.

9. Age Requirement

LeagueOps is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

You may access, update, export, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. Specifically:

• Access & correction — Update your profile and scores from your account settings.
• Data export — Download a copy of all your data from Profile > Settings > Download my data.
• Deletion — Permanently delete your account and all associated data from Profile > Settings > Delete my account.
• Opt out — Withdraw cookie consent or push notification consent at any time from settings.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Contact us at support@leagueops.golf to exercise these rights.
